D’on joined the company over 11 years ago as a bartender on the weekends. Over the years he took on additional responsibilities as Event Manager, Training Coordinator and now is in charge of hiring, training, and staffing for our events. He has high service standards and is a great leader for the on-site team.
Additional Staff Support
We have 28 full-time staff members and an additional group of more than 75 part-timers to handle the busiest of days. We require 100% of our staff to pass a Federal Background check upon hiring. We have an extensive on-line training program paired with a 3 day, on-site training program that acclimates our new hires to our processes and procedures. But, as you can see… we like to have a good time!
Elite Catering and Events was found by Renee McClure in 1999, when she had trouble finding a flexible caterer that could offer fusion cuisine for her own wedding. Today, Renee acts as a consultant for Elite lending her expertise when needed.
